Some of the girls from 5th and 6th class participated in this year's Corn Shean Mac Caba. Our first blitz was played in Monasterboice against Harestown NS and Kilsaran NS. In both games our girls were triumphant. This meant the girls moved on to play Tinure NS and Ballapousta NS on Tuesday 14th October in Collon. Our girls did very well against both teams, securing a win against Tinure NS but Ballapousta reigned winners on the day. We wish to thank Mattock Rangers for allowing us to use their facilities. We wish Ballapousta luck as they progress to the semi finals of the competition.
